New Yoga Class at Fred Astaire

Includes “wine meditation”

Chloe Wareham-Gordon will host a free yoga class for all levels at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio at Philipstown Plaza on Route 9 on Thursday, Jan. 11, starting at 7 p.m. The class will include light stretches as well as a half-hour meditation with wine while being aware and mindful of each sip. (The wine will be provided.)

Wareham-Gordon, trained as a dancer and certified as a yoga instructor, hopes to combine the two disciplines in this new class. Email for more information.
