Be a Weather Spotter

Training in Hyde Park on May 16

The National Weather Service will offer training on Wednesday, May 16, in Hyde Park for Dutchess County residents who would like to be weather trackers.

The volunteer trackers report severe weather to improve forecasting and warning systems. The two-hour session will be held at 7 p.m. at the Department of Emergency Response. See or call 845-486-2080.
